i speak my truth without guilt

speaking my mind brings me peace

i speak my truth with confidence

i don't feel guilty for making decisions that benefit me

i release any guilt that shows up when i stand up for myself and my

i no longer subscribe to the energy of procrastination

i take all action torwards my desires

i am no longer heald back my fear of dissapointment or doubt

i am daringly showing up to contribute something beautiful and meaningful to this world

i will no longer fear the future or romanticise the past, i will focus on growing and improving the present.

SPEAKING LIFE INTO MYSELF

i am capable of everything i set my mind to

i am confident in who i am and what i have to offer the world

i am confident in my abilities and purpose

everything is working out for me no matter how

things look, seem, or appear. all that matters is that my inner vision is firm, strong, and consistent. its all in my favor.

CLEANSING MY ENERGY

i wash away any energy that is not mine to carry. i release myself from the burdens of the past. i nourish myself in a comforthing light. i am restored. i am recharged.

god, cleanse my energy, remove all cares, worries, and stresses from my energy field. resotore me to my source connection. remove negitivity and any energies that pull my vibration down and no longer serve me. delete and uncreate old patterns that dont serve my highest good, thank you, and so it is.

GRATITUDE

i am greatful for the mistakes i've made and the lessons they've taught me. my mind no longer limits itself to one way of thinking; i've opened up to new ideas, new energies and new opportunities. i am laying down the foundation to a prosperous and magical future. what the universe has in store for me is beyond my wildest dreams. the miraculous blessings that are headed my way cannot be stopped.
